Fees: All fees and costs associated with the services will be disclosed upfront and agreed upon before the commencement of services. Payments must be made as outlined in the agreement between the Client and Toney Realty Group LLC.Late Payments: In the event of a late payment, Toney Realty Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received. A late fee may be applied to any overdue invoices.

4. Termination of Services

Termination by Client: The Client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Any fees for services rendered prior to termination will remain due and payable.Termination by Company: Toney Realty Group LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including breach of these Terms by the Client. The Company will provide notice of termination and details regarding any remaining obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toney Realty Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Company's total liability for any claims related to services provided will be limited to the fees paid by the Client to the Company.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, business strategies, and client information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

8. Amendments

Toney Realty Group LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services after such notification will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
